234sky Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using the Platform

To register and maintain an account at 234sky, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 234sky or its affiliates.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed account on the 234sky platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

234sky reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending review.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 234sky account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must notify 234sky promptly if any of your registered details change.

Each person may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or contact numbers — is a material breach of these terms and will result in suspension of all related accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 234sky is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party, contact support immediately at [email protected].

OTP verification is required at key account events including registration and certain login scenarios. This is a security measure and forms part of the account protection system at 234sky.

All financial transactions on the 234sky platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currencies are accepted or processed. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, online banking portals, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on 234sky. Deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible, or to a verified Philippine bank account in your name. Before any withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID. Processing times for withdrawals are subject to the payment method used and the completion of all required verification steps.

234sky reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending additional verification or investigation of suspected rule violations. Funds resulting from fraudulent activity will not be paid out.

All bets placed at 234sky are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your selections — including the event, market, odds, and stake amount displayed in PHP — before confirming any bet. 234sky does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious technical error on the platform's part.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant event according to the governing body recognised by 234sky for that sport or competition. In cases of dispute, the decision of 234sky's settlement team is final.

All slot games, eBingo draws, and virtual game outcomes at 234sky are produced by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each result is independent of all prior results. There are no patterns, cycles, or "due" outcomes. 234sky does not guarantee any specific return, win rate, or payout outcome.

Bet void conditions — including event cancellations, insufficient play in sports events, and technical errors — are governed by the sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the 234sky platform.

234sky may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. 234sky reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or promotion benefit where there is evidence of bonus abuse, account collusion, arbitrage, or any activity designed to exploit promotional offers rather than play in good faith.

The VIP program rewards consistent platform activity across all game categories. VIP tier advancement is based on gameplay volume and is assessed at 234sky's discretion. VIP benefits are subject to change and do not constitute a contractual entitlement beyond the current period in which they are active.

234sky does not guarantee any specific bonus amount, cashback percentage, or VIP benefit outside of what is explicitly stated in a currently active and published promotion. Players should not make financial decisions based on anticipated bonus outcomes.

234sky may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Being under 21 years of age
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using VPNs or proxies to access the platform from outside the Philippines
• Attempting to exploit platform bugs, errors, or promotional offers in bad faith
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 234sky staff or other players
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent financial activity

You may also voluntarily close your 234sky account by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding balance in cleared, verified funds will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to all applicable verification and processing requirements being met.

234sky provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

234sky is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime during an active bet; third-party payment processing delays; losses resulting from your own negligence in securing your account credentials; or decisions made based on information on the 234sky platform that turns out to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

234sky reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a revised "last updated" date will appear at the top of this page. Where practical, 234sky will communicate significant changes directly to registered players via email or account notification.

It is your responsibility as a registered player to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 234sky platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support regarding account closure.
